- Sample Tube Loading & Conveyance
Custom fixtures move sample tubes through the system using an asynchronous transfer system, allowing continuous operations and input while minimizing manual handling. - Automated Centrifugation
Samples requiring separation are automatically routed to integrated and robotically tended centrifuges, which handle batch processing and unload post-spin samples back into the workflow. - Vision-Guided Inspection & Tracking
Integrated vision systems verify sample ID, supernatant (cap) presence, and fluid levels while tracking each sample through the process for traceability and quality control. - Robotic Sample Pipetting Station
A series of robotic pipetting modules— guided by vision and pressure monitoring —performs the targeted transfer of the supernatant layer with precision accuracy. - Robotic Sample Pouring & Spin Filter Handling
The system performs robotic pouring to transfer samples from a 50 mL tube into another preloaded with a spin filter. A series of centrifuges then processes the tubes, filtering the sample to produce the final output.
