Collaboration between Isthmus and the UW-Madison Dept., led by Madison Attorney and cross-country skier Don Becker,  has resulted in a new adaptive type of sit-ski.  First generation sit-skis were developed to allow people with limited leg strength to cross-country ski.  The new adaptive sit-skis can be adjusted to any size user, increasing their use greatly.  Read the featured article about this exciting development in December's Silent Sports magazine.
